Mobile home trash-outs and teardowns
Abandoned unit in your park? Trailer house on land you want to sell or build on? We empty it, or take it all the way down to a bare, raked, level lot, and we handle the parts most haulers skip.
Trash-out only or trash-out plus full demolition, utilities confirmed disconnected and the year built checked before anything is quoted. Park operators get one crew, one schedule and one invoice.
The sub crew that shows up
We started as a subcontract trash-out and tear-out crew for contractors, and that's still most of what we do. Give us the units, the scope and the date; you get photos the same day and one invoice.
Certificate of insurance on file before we're on property, per-unit turn rates from $175, reserved dates for turns of 10 units or more.
We clear the pile out back
Tire shops, truck and auto repair, fab shops, pallet yards, farms, vacant industrial lots. The pile out back is taking up space you pay for.
- Scrap goes with the haul. Metal we pull from a cleanout stays with Oasis, and the flat price you're quoted is the price you pay.
- Clear and reorganize. We haul what's in the way and leave the usable inventory reachable. Most shops get a bay back in a day.
- Standing pickups for pallets, banding, cores and drop instead of a disposal bill.
- Vacant listings that show rough. Brokers and sellers: a cleared site and fresh photos beat a price cut. Contents, debris and scrap only; no cutting into a building without a survey in hand.

Oasis started in Tulsa in 2024: two OU students, Gunnar and Erick, hauling and doing demo for local contractors. The kind of customers who drop you fast if you're late, sloppy or slow. We weren't. They kept calling.
In 2026 we brought the business home to Norman and built it into a real company: a crew of nine with their own trucks, trailers and heavy equipment, a warehouse to work out of, and one owner running Oasis full-time. We sub for general contractors, turn apartments for property managers, take down mobile homes, and clear everything from a single couch to a farm.
Locally and Native-owned: Gunnar is a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. Insured, and building our name here the only way we know how: show up on time, quote it straight, work harder than anybody, photograph every job, and leave the property cleaner than we found it.

Straight answers
How do you price a job?
By trailer space for junk and cleanouts, by structure for demolition: the posted rates above. Everything is included: labor, loading, hauling, standard disposal and cleanup. Special items (mattresses, refrigerant appliances, tires, paint, heavy debris) carry the small add-ons listed, because they need special handling or a separate outlet. The price we shake on is the price you pay, even if the job runs long.
Can I get a price from photos?
Usually, yes. Text a couple of photos to 918-845-7013 and we send a flat number back. For big cleanouts, demo and mobile homes we do a free walkthrough first, often the same day.
What won't you take?
Hazardous waste (fuel, solvents, drums, pesticides), medical waste and ammunition. Anything that needs a specialty contractor, we photograph and point you to the right channel. Tires and refrigerant appliances are fine; they carry a small add-on for the special handling.
Do I need to be there?
No. Point us at it in person or by text, leave the gate unlocked, and we send before and after photos when it's done.
Do you take scrap metal?
Yes. Loose, clean metal (aluminum, copper, brass, motors, sheds, fence panels) we pick up free. On cleanouts, the metal we pull is part of the job and the flat price is set up front. Text a photo.
Do you do mobile homes?
It's our specialty: trash-outs and full teardowns to a raked, level lot, for parks, landowners and general contractors. We confirm the year built and utility disconnection first and carve hazardous material out of the scope. See the mobile home page.
Are you insured?
Yes. Oasis carries general liability insurance, and we put a certificate of insurance in your hands before we're on your property. Need your company named as additional insured? Ask and we'll confirm.
